武侯祠 Wuhou Temple is home to beautiful gardens and old bonsai trees. The temple was originally built in 221 to house Shu Emperor Liu Bei's remains. The temple was burnt down during the wars that toppled the Ming Dynasty and was rebuilt in 1671–1672 during the Qing Dynasty.
