This hike is about 4 miles (6km) along the Great Wall. The hike goes along restored and unrestored sections of the Great Wall, allowing you to get a complete picture of what it looks like. There are many ups and downs as well as some loose rock, so wear comfortable shoes and be prepared for hike of medium difficulty. Ok for children but they need to be prepared to walk. Bring along some snacks, sunscreen and sunglasses.
