Nyonya Kitchen specializes in ‘nyonya’ cuisine—an integration of Malay food and Chinese cooking, brought to Malaysia by Chinese immigrants. Manager Cheok tests and tastes the food to ensure consistency. The curry puff from Nyonya Kitchen is undoubtedly the best in town, and equally good is the Malaysian pandan rice cake topped with coconut pudding. They are fabulous.
