This tour includes all of the major destinations along the Yangtze River Delta. Your trip will start and end at Shanghai's Pudong Airport.
The river running through the center of Shanghai is more than just a pretty sight. The name ‘The Bund’ refers to the historic row of banks built before World War II by the foreign powers of the time. On the opposite side of the river is Pudong district, with futuristic high-rise buildings as far as the eye can see.
The Jade Buddha temple is one of our favorite destinations in Shanghai. There, you can find all the colors, sights and smells you would expect from a visit to Asia.
After hopping around all of Shanghai’s major sights you will head over to Suzhou, where you will visit a breathtaking traditional garden, combined with a trip to the atmospheric water town of Tongli.
Taking a one-hour bullet train, your next stop is Hangzhou. You will take in the views from the Six Harmonies Pagoda, explore Hefang Old Street, watch an incredible light show set on West Lake, stroll among the tea terraces and drink China’s famous green tea.
What makes this tour special:
You will travel Suzhou to Hangzhou by train and be collected from each train station by a local guide.
